Position Summary:

The Front Office Supervisor supports the daily operations of the front desk and provides leadership to Front Desk Agents. This role helps ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience, especially during the busy summer tourism season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise front desk operations during assigned shifts
• Support, coach, and guide Front Desk Agents
• Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding
• Handle guest concerns and escalations professionally
• Ensure check-in, check-out, and reservation processes are completed accurately
• Maintain communication with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Step in to support the desk during high-volume periods
• Ensure compliance with company and brand standards

Qualifications:

• Previous front desk experience required
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak summer months
• Basic computer skills and experience with hotel systems preferred
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and team mindset
